nice that you want to register for the Acronia! 😊

Acronia is a self-organised and not-for-profit participatory festival, it lives only through the many layers of helpers and angels of the participants. So we are happy about every person who makes this festival possible with us! You can either get involved during the festival or help with setting up and/or dismantling. Depending on the deal, you will get a cheaper ticket or free entry.

Here is some important information:

  • β˜• The festival price includes vegetarian/vegan full board (mostly organic) as well as water, tea and coffee.
  • πŸ§’ Children up to the age of 14 are admitted free of charge, but must be specified when registering. (more info)
  • πŸ“… The workshops will be held in German or English, the workshop schedule will be roughly finalised in May and sent around by email.
  • πŸ’Έ Students, school pupils and recipients of social welfare are eligible for the reduced tickets. The time of the ticket order counts and the receipt must be uploaded during the ordering process.
  • πŸ• Although we like dogs very much, we ask you not to bring them to the festival. Acronia is a sports festival for people, not for dogs. (more info)
  • πŸš† You can also arrive the evening before your booked ticket and leave the morning after your last day.

Since we want to promote the community spirit and enable everyone to participate despite high demand, there are a few changes in 2026:

  • From 1.4. 6 PM all 10-day tickets will be available.(Only 10-day tickets?)
  • Tickets can no longer be split between several people .
  • One helper shift per person is obligatory; further helper shifts can be booked in addition.
  • Acronia begins this year on Friday, August 7, at noon. You can arrive earlier, but the kitchen will not be serving meals yet.
  • To ensure that everyone can leave in a relaxed manner, the last workshops on Sunday, August 16, will only run until noon.

From Sunday evening the 2.8. we will start together with you with the construction and at the end we will pack up everything again and put it away (probably until incl. 20.8., depending on the weather).
But attention, there can only be a maximum of 20 angels :)
Unfortunately we have to charge a deposit of 300€ here, which will be refunded at the end of the dismantling.

Do you like getting up early, feel comfortable in the kitchen and can coordinate? Then this might be something for you.
Together with the chef, you coordinate the set-up of the breakfast every morning. After that you can enjoy the festival completely.

You want to come to the festival for 10 days and have time to do shopping trips with your car from time to time? Changing gas bottles, grocery shopping or other errands, maximum two a day.

Do you feel comfortable in the kitchen and are you good at organising? Then the burger trailer can become your second home. Instructing the helpers, keeping track, ordering ingredients, roughly four hours a day.

A 10-day festival with responsibility for the infrastructure? If there is a power or water failure somewhere, you will be called on the radio, but don't worry, you won't be alone.
Solid basic knowledge and skills in the area of electricity/water are necessary, but no completed qualification in these areas.

At the Acronia you need an angel who takes care of the event technology. Micro and box to the morning circle, support of the bands, lighting of the tents etc..

We would like you to record all workshops. You will meet interested teachers on stage for 2 x 2 hours and record their flows.

We have a large dishwashing station in the kitchen area. Guests will pre-rinse their dishes and prepare them for the dishwasher. Shifts of helpers will operate the machine. You will be in charge of the area, so you will regularly check that everything is working as it should, instruct helpers, etc.
