Registration

•  The festival price includes full catering as well as water, tea and coffee.
•  🧒 Children up to the age of 14 are admitted free of charge, but must be indicated when registering
•  Students, school pupils and recipients of citizen's benefit are eligible for a discount.
•  If, for whatever reason, you are unfortunately unable or unwilling to attend Acronia, please cancel as soon as possible so that people from the waiting list can move up.
•  Cancellation is possible free of charge via the ticket system until 1 July. After that, a processing fee of 20% of the ticket price will be charged.
•  Cancellation is no longer possible after 1 August. In the hot preparation and build-up phase, we want to put all our energy into the festival.
•  The tickets are personalised. If you wish to pass them on, please email us the details of the person receiving the tickets and we will transfer them.
•  For various reasons, we have decided to stop offering one-day tickets.
•  You can also arrive the evening before your booked ticket and leave the morning after your last day.

Helpers/Angels

• Acronia is a self-organised and non-profit participatory festival, it lives only through the many layers of helpers and angels of the participants. So we are happy about every person who makes this festival possible with us!
•  We will soon be sending out a schedule for the helper shifts.
•  The deposit for the set-up/dismantling angels will be transferred back within 14 days after successful dismantling.
•  If you have signed up for a shift, please arrive on time or let us know in good time. Everyone at Acronia is relying on you!

On site

• A detailed listing of how you can get to Auerstedt can be found on our website.
• There is also the bus line 286 from Apolda to Auerstedt, but it only runs during the week and only until about 18:00 o'clock.
• We have a large campground where you can stay overnight in your tent or bus/camper.
• Unfortunately we can not provide water and electricity for campers.
• We would ask you not to camp in the forest or sleep there in hammocks. In case of thunderstorms we have to clear the forest, because there is a danger of falling branches due to the big old poplars.
• We will set up several toilet trailers as well as a heated shower trailer and further outdoor showers.
• There will be two saunas and a hot tub again.
• Unfortunately we don't have a lake or river in Auerstedt, the next bathing possibility at the Ilm or Saale is 5 or 7 km away and super reachable by bike.
• In the village Auerstedt live normal, partly conservative people. When you leave the festival area, please behave like a normal person ;)

Workshops

• Of course there will be a wide range of workshops again this year. The focus of the festival is always on acroyoga and acrobatics of all kinds. It is important to us to serve all levels of difficulty and to pick up beginners as well as full time acrobats.
• Of course, many other passions are also welcome. For example, there will be just as much room for aerial acrobatics, juggling, fire art, slackline, hula hoop dance, yoga and many other great offers. We are open to further suggestions.
• Besides fixed slots with our many teachers, there will also be an open space where you can offer workshops or other activities.
• Should the weather not be as nice as ordered, we have many large circus tents and sails for the workshop areas.
• We'll email our great workshop schedule roughly a month before the festival.
• Of course there will be a very special social program again. Besides sauna, campfire, singing and music circles to relax, there will also be a Firespace, concerts, a gala show and other nice surprises so that you will remember every day and every evening!

Catering

• Also this year we want to spoil your palate with vegan full catering. Bring your nicest mug and favorite water bottle. Our magical springs offer the best quality drinking water. Hot or cold!
• We provide tea, water and coffee, the rest in your beer!
• The nearest grocery store is a Netto about 4 km away.
• If you have any special food requirements, please let us know when you register and we will try to accommodate you.

Packing list - What you should pack

• Water bottle to fill up - We have drinking water everywhere
• Cozy towels for showers and saunas
• Everything you need for sleeping (tent, sleeping mat, sleeping bag, cuddly toy)
• Clothes for all situations - It can be very warm during the day, as usual in summer, but at night it can be bitterly cold, since it is already mid/late August. So to be on the safe side better pack the thick sleeping bag or a blanket more :)
• Your toothbrush, of course, as well as biodegradable toothpaste, shower gel and shampoo, sunscreen if necessary.
• Your favorite toys of any kind (instruments, juggling, hula hoops, slacklines, board games, water pistols, frisbee, macramé, craft stuff and anything else that's fun)
• Your favorite blank shirt so we can print it together with the Acronia logo.
• Yoga mat to fly and lie on.
• If you still have the addiction of smoking, please bring a pocket ashtray. While there will be some ashtrays on the grounds, the most important thing is that no butt butts end up in our natural environment.

Awareness

• In order to make our festival a safe space for everyone, there will be an care team again this year in addition to the medic team.
• Awareness means for us to enable an appreciative and respectful interaction with each other. We will not ignore or tolerate any form of discrimination, violence, borderline violations or inhuman attitudes and statements. Our goal is to create structures that offer all people the space to develop freely. If you need support during the festival or just want to talk to someone, we are here for you.
• We are looking forward to creating a festival full of appreciation, acceptance and love with you, where everyone can feel welcome.

Dogs

• Although we love dogs, we ask you not to bring them to the festival. If there is no other way to bring your pooch, because you can't come at all, please send us an email. In any case there is a leash obligation on the whole area.
• Llamas, monkeys and acrolots are allowed at any time!

Photos

• We would like to point out that photos and films will be taken during the event. We will use these for reporting and marketing purposes. For this purpose, the recordings may be published in various media after the event. This allows us Art. 6 para 1(f) DSGVO, since we as organizers and non-profit association have a legitimate interest in informing the public about the activities.
• By registering, the participant accepts the use of photographic material for the aforementioned purposes.

Disclaimer

When participating in this event, the organizers, their representatives and vicarious agents are exempt from liability for damages of any kind, unless they are based on a grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty by the organizers, their representatives or vicarious agents.

This applies to both personal injury and property damage, in particular for the consequences of accidents and for lost objects.

Participants take part in the event of their own free will and at their own risk, are responsible for their own state of health and take care of it. Parents/legal guardians who participate in the event with their own children confirm that they are responsible for the supervision of their children.
